Shipping
We offer free USPS economy shipping within the U.S. on all orders. Expedited shipping is available at an additional cost. Currently we only ship within the United States.
All manuals are printed on demand (POD) — please allow 2-3 business days for your order to ship out.
When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with the tracking number. You can also track your order status on your account page or contact us anytime for updates.
Returns
Your satisfaction is our priority. We offer returns for NEW/UNUSED items within 30 days of delivery for any reason (i.e. ordered the wrong manual). We cannot accept returns for items that have been used, damaged or otherwise not in the condition they were shipped in. We reserve the right to apply a restocking fee of 20%.
Our goal is to provide you with products that you will happy with, so that you continue to do business with us. We will gladly address your questions and concerns on a case-by-case basis.
